Vehicle and Machinery Operations is a 40-hour class providing a general working knowledge to perform vehicle extrications and understand basics of machinery extrication.
Topics covered include:
- Vehicle anatomy and safety features, scene safety, tools and their uses, stabilization, and techniques to extricate victims.
Over 30 hours of this class is spent hand-on with tools, vehicles, and machinery. At the completion of this OSFM certified class students will be eligible to challenge the state test .
